Could you be a mentor to a young person with challenging behaviours?

We are a growing company who provide Specialist Children ’s Residential Care, Education and Therapy for young people (girls aged 9-18) who present with challenging social, emotional and mental health needs. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and education of young people and expect all staff to share this commitment.

We are always looking for dynamic individuals seeking a career working with young people, who can be part of a team committed to providing each young person with a safe and supportive environment where their needs are put first. The work will be varied and interesting and you will find yourself involved in every aspect of our young people’s lives: including practical, hands on activities, offering vital emotional, guidance and support.

We want all of our employees to be committed, reliable, safe and positive role models for the young people we care for. Working at The Serendipity Centre Ltd can be challenging but also hugely rewarding to see the positive impact of the work that we do.

You will need a passion for working with young people, enthusiasm and determination.
